Federal Court Enters Default Judgment and Injunction Against Spa Operator Over Website Inaccessibility
A federal court in New York granted partial default judgment against Couple Spa 65, Inc., ordering the business to remediate its website to WCAG 2.0 standards and pay $1,000 in damages.
