Question 1

Is the WCAG module free?

Accepted Answer

For companies with lower traffic and simpler requirements, we offer a free
version of the module that can be installed independently. For websites with
higher traffic (>10,000 views) or greater needs than the free version provides,
we offer a more advanced module. Learn more about the plans in the pricing
section.

Question 2

What data is collected?

Accepted Answer

We do not collect any personal data from users. The only information recorded by
our server is the network IP address and browser user-agent, which are used
solely for analytics and service monitoring purposes. No data that could
identify a user is collected or stored. We prioritize user privacy and comply
with applicable personal data protection regulations.

Question 3

Can I use the local version of the script?

Accepted Answer

No, our solution does not allow using a local version of the script. It operates
as a SaaS (Software as a Service), meaning the script is hosted on our servers.
This setup allows continuous updates, ensuring compliance with the latest
regulations and standards, such as WCAG 2.1 and GDPR. Using a local version
would risk missing updates and potential non-compliance with current
regulations. Additionally, central hosting provides better security, performance
monitoring, and quick technical support, which wouldn’t be possible with a local
version.

Question 4

Do I need specialized technical knowledge to install the widget on my website?

Accepted Answer

For websites on WordPress and PrestaShop, simply installing the appropriate
plugins is enough, which is very simple and intuitive. If you use a different
system or want to install the module manually, detailed documentation is
available to guide you through the installation step by step. Our documentation
is designed to be accessible even for users without specialized technical
knowledge.

Question 5

Do I need to provide a credit card to use the free version?

Accepted Answer

No, the free version does not require any payment information. You can use the
full functionality of the free version without providing a credit card.

Question 6

Can I customize the widget’s appearance to match my design?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the widget is fully customizable. You can adjust its color palette, change
its default position on the page, and enable or disable specific options that
aren’t needed. Additionally, if you wish, you can create your own HTML widget,
customize the selectors in the module configuration, and integrate it with your
website. More details can be found in our documentation.

Question 7

Can I install this solution on multiple websites at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our solution allows installation on multiple websites simultaneously.
Simply enter all the domains you will use in the token configuration. This way,
you can have the same solution implemented across different sites.

Question 8

Is the widget compliant with the latest version of WCAG?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our solution is compliant with the latest versions of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2.
WCAG 2.1 provides detailed guidelines for making websites accessible to people
with disabilities, while WCAG 2.2 adds additional recommendations and
requirements. Our module meets all these standards, ensuring full compliance
with current accessibility regulations.

Question 9

Do I need to make any changes to the website content to use this solution?

Accepted Answer

The module helps adapt your website to WCAG standards; however, some issues,
such as an improper page structure, may require manual correction. The module
alone cannot resolve these problems. If you encounter difficulties adjusting
your website content, our developers can assist you. Contact us for support.

Question 10

Will the widget work with different languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our solution supports multiple languages, including Czech, German, English,
French, Italian, Polish, Slovak, Ukrainian, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Hindi,
Arabic, Kazakh, and Kashubian. This allows you to easily adapt the solution to
your website, regardless of the language it is in.
